My way to get there is taking bus 970 @ bukit panjang bus interchange. Get down at the stop that is @ the shell station. The shop is located at 2nd level, you have to take stairs up.
Besides music accent, you can visit music schools like Yamaha,Oasis,etc. Try asking if they got sell metronomes at reasonable prices.
REMEMBER:
GET 2 in 1. Meaning mentronome with tuner. TYVM
Best if it comes with a mic or you can buy a mic for yourself.
